To qualify you will have to complete 8 of the 21 possible races. No prizes for doing all 21.(Yes 21!!)

Rules 50 points for 1st Male & Female, 45 points for 2nd, 43 points for 3rd, 41 points for 4th, 40 points for 5th, 39 points for 6th etc.
Winner decided by the highest number of points within sex and age categories. Best eight results count. Maximum 400 points. In the event of a tie the winner will be decided by best 10 mile road race time. Marathon will be ranked by official time (proof must be supplied), your fastest marathon time selected. Age over 20 as at 1 January 2008. Your age as at 1 January 2008.

Male: 1st Senior, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-65, 65+
Female: 1st Senior, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-6-. 60+
